For Esophageal Candidiasis (Adults):
The daily recommended dose is 150 mg of Micafungin sodium, IV, once daily. The treatment duration should be 10 – 30 days.
For Fungal Infection Prophylaxis (Adults):
For the prophylaxis of Candida infection in hematopoietic stem cell transplanted patients, administer 50 mg of Micafungin sodium, IV, once daily. The treatment duration should be 6 – 51 days.
For Candidemia (Adults):
For the treatment of acute disseminated candidiasis, Candida-associated abscesses and peritonitis and candidemia, the recommended dose of 100 mg, IV, once daily. The treatment duration
should be 10 – 47 days.
